On the 29th of May, Horizon – The EU Research & Innovation Magazine – published an article about the fact Europeans need to broaden their taste in cereals to protect the future of Europe’s farming and their own health. The scientists in this article see quinoa as one of these cereals. We totally agree with this statement.
